easy to use and economical
"I have found that the Action Pacs are very easy to use, pre-measured, less messy and more economical than using traditional powder or liquid automatic dish detergent. My kids think it is fun to do the dishes now... They are eager to put the soap packet in where before it was a chore to gill the cup with soap and messy. I have always been at odds with exactly how much soap to use and with Action Pacs there is no guess work. This has saved me money and time. I know exactly how many loads of dishes I can wash and can anticipate when I need to buy more. Additionally the dishes are always clean when they come out. Great product and I highly recommend it. This same technology and packaging would be great for laundry soap products... Hint Hint P&G engineers."

best purchase
"Very convenient, easy to use, I love it, it was in the new dishwasher in the new house I purchased last october, would not use anything else. Love the size of the packet, just pop it in & start the dishwasher & I know everything will come out clean & shinny"

Change the Packaging
"The product is great...the tub you have packaged in is terable. You can't figure out how to open and then the lid won't stay closed. I have to transfer the product every time to a zip lock bag. Toward the end of the supply the remaining product gets hard from absorbing moisture every time I open and close the bag. Please reassess the tub like package."

Detergent that sticks to plastics
"I use this detergent with a new dishwasher I purchased, Now all the plastic dishes and cups have a bad after taste. I have hard water and my dishwasher is made for this region with a built in water softener salt reservoir."
