"New product, Cascade Complete powder, leaves white film on pots and pans, plastic utensils, and wooden utensil handles. The product obviously needs to be reformulated or an additive included which will eliminate this filming (I don't agree that the film can be attributed primarily to hard water--I had NO filming with previous Cascade powder). Running an additional cycle with a cup of vinegar AFTER the last rinse cycle MAY help--I'll try that next. Thanks to Kyle at Cascade Customer Service for taking my call and understanding the issue. I hope Cascade reviews all the negative comments and improves the product; because Cascade Complete is (unfortunately) not good!"
